The Quaker Mafia....

We aren’t perfect, sometimes we argue, sometimes we get jealous or impatient and sometimes we need our space. We have to work to be accepting and loving more consistently. We still have moments when we forget to say nice things and instead we are mean. Sometimes we are selfish and think only about ourselves but we are determined to be the most awesome youth group ever. Our hope is that as we continue to learn together, work together and play together our love for each other will grow deeper and deeper inspiring us to reach outside ourselves and help others too.

Hope y'all had a wonderful holiday! Can't wait to see you on Sunday and hear all about your adventures. Bring a sack lunch and clothes to play games in.

It's the Great Pumpkin Harry Potter!

What: A Party!

When: Saturday, October 27, 7:00-10:30pm

Where: The third floor youth room of First Friends.

Why: To binge on oreos and milk.

Who: The youth group, friends, random people you find on the side of the road on your way to the party.

Festivties include: Harry Potter Hide and Go Seek, Full-Contact Wands and Muggle Quidditch.

The Peace Walk begins at New Garden and moves towards downtown. Coordinators predict it will reach First Friends at 2:30...will you be there to walk for peace?

No one serves dinner like we serve dinner. Folks love getting to be catered to by you. And why not-your so super cute and friendly, even when you are dead tired from a busy schedule. Good job y'all on the Carrabas dinner!
